►  B2B Inside Sales Support / Lead Development Representative

 

Job Skills/Requirements:
Position requires outbound telephone conversations with contacts to conduct sales/lead generation, market research, surveys, and appointment setting on behalf of our clients.

Tasks typically involve:
- Speaking with potential clients to understand their needs
- Identifying sales and market opportunities
- Identifying decision makers
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Completing sales lead forms and clearly articulating results of the conversation
- Attending training sessions on project information as well as phone sales best practices, as needed
- Basic level of knowledge and understanding of hardware, software, servers, is helpful

We require:
- Ability to engage contacts and probe for sales opportunities and information (cold and warm outbound calling)
- Ability to follow a script or discussion guide and document responses
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Acute attention to detail
- Previous B2B outbound sales/lead generation experience, preferred
- Previous B2B Customer Service experience, preferred
- Ability to work independently is essential
- must have a quiet work environment


Additional Information:
- Part-time position
- Work as an Independent Contractor
- Home-based
- 15-30 hours per week, Flexible (weekdays only, during normal business hours EST)
- Contractor provides computer, high speed internet access, USB headset

- Also seeking candidates with the ability to speak fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish

►  Data Management Services (DMS)

 

Job Skills/Requirements:
Data Management Services (DMS) executes all internal campaign operations, with guidance from Account Management and Sr. Program Manager. Through supervision, DMS executes all internal database tasks associated to campaigns/projects, as well as external and internal reporting. This requires the management of an internal IT ticketing system as well as the client’s online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
 
Tasks Typically Involve:
- Generating internal and external summary, monthly and matrix reports
- Updating company forecast
- Communication and direction of list build partners, augmentation and enrichment
- Technology Management/Research, new technology options
- Email Marketing
- Database Support
- Upload campaign/lists into CRM tool
- Managing functionality and technical issues with CRM
- Maintenance of Google documents
- Build email templates
- Establish live meetings, such as JoinMe
 
We Require:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Computer Skills (Excel, email, CRM, IM, JoinMe, Google Documents, others)
- Strong listening and strategic deductive reasoning skills
- Motivated to see an initiative through successful completion
- Clear communication; written and verbal
- Strong organizational experience
- Detail-oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal relations
- Courteous and timely to both internal staff, as well as clients
- Dependable—follows instructions and keeps supervisor informed of progress
- Attendance and punctuality—aware of time requirements
- Adaptability/Flexibility—accommodates new changes/situation
- Familiar with JoinMe live training sessions
 
Additional Information:
- Part-time position
- Work as an Independent Contractor
- Home-based, may require to meet elsewhere for work sessions  
- 10-20 hours per week (hours may fluctuate), Monday-Friday only

- Candidate should reside in the Springfield, Ohio area or of close proximity
