► B2B Inside Sales Support / Lead Development Representative
Job Skills/Requirements:
Position requires outbound telephone conversations with contacts to conduct sales/lead generation, market research, surveys, and appointment setting on behalf of our clients.
Tasks typically involve:
- Speaking with potential clients to understand their needs
- Identifying sales and market opportunities
- Identifying decision makers
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Completing sales lead forms and clearly articulating results of the conversation
- Attending training sessions on project information as well as phone sales best practices, as needed
- Basic level of knowledge and understanding of hardware, software, servers, is helpful
We require:
- Ability to engage contacts and probe for sales opportunities and information (cold and warm outbound calling)
- Ability to follow a script or discussion guide and document responses
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Acute attention to detail
- Previous B2B outbound sales/lead generation experience, preferred
- Previous B2B Customer Service experience, preferred
- Ability to work independently is essential
- must have a quiet work environment
