Lead Qualification / Sales Researcher
Acadia Lead Management Services, is a sales and marketing resource company focused on providing client development services. We offer a variety of services that work in conjunction with our client’s current sales and marketing resources in order to engage and secure new and future business for our customers. These services include: lead qualification, market research and database management.
Acadia’s core competency is business to business telephone lead qualification. Lead Qualification requires team members to have open-ended conversations. This requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, computer proficiency, and acute attention to detail. Our lead qualification team is required to uncover information that will assist our clients in determining potential sales opportunities and strategic marketing insights.
As a Lead Qualifier / Sales Researcher, you are an independent contractor, directly interacting with business professionals by phone, from your home office. Acadia LMS allows you the flexibility to work from home, manage your schedule to work in blocks of time (3 or 4 hours), and be challenged by the business to business marketplace. We are currently looking for candidates that can work 15 – 25 hours per week; weekdays only, with most work needing to be completed between 8am EST and 5pm EST. Independent contractors can be compensated by the hour or by job completion; pay is dependent upon our running contracts with our customers. Your pay and overall compensation will be agreed upon prior to each project.

- High speed internet connection
- Computer with Microsoft Office suite software including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Quiet working environment
- Participate in conference calls when needed
- Participate in training as needed
- Unlimited long distance, can assist with carrier if needed
- Completion of training and mentoring program provided by Acadia LMS
